I'm Daniela, a highly-sensitive empath, Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher and Ceremonial space holder, born in the south of Germany. I've spent two years in Australia and seven years in Amsterdam before residing with my Egyptian husband by the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.

I hold an M.Sc. in Business Administration, worked for a decade as a Relationship Manager in the Sustainability Certification & Training sector of the travel and tourism industry and serving top-tier corporate clients in the financial sector.

While this path provided valuable experience, I stepped away from the corporate world to dedicate myself fully to nurturing and growing the Followers of the Heart community.

My spiritual journey began at the tender age of 15 when I discovered the world of energy healing. At 18, I stepped onto a yoga mat for the first time, and music has been my passion since childhood. For 10 years, I sang in a wedding band and four years ago, I started learning the guitar. 

 

A plant medicine & sound healing ceremony in the Sacred Valley in Peru ignited a profound shift within me, leading me to explore various alternative medicines. Through these practices, I healed a two-decade-long battle with chronic depression.

 

My mission is to support others in healing (chronic) physically & mental pain, relief stress & tension, improve sleep & energy and deepening their connection to themselves and others. ​

I incorporate everything I've learned as a Yoga Student, Teacher, and Sound Healer into my healing practices, drawing from spiritual modalities such as Gene Keys, Human Design, Shamanism, Yoga, Breath Techniques, Psychology, Meditation, Self-Love, Buddhist teachings, and Womb Healing.
